1. Best Coast - California Nights 
For me this is the ultimate summer road trip album. It came out last year and i love it. Best Coast are a band that i only recently started listening to last year and I'm happy that i found out about them because California Nights has become one of my favourite albums. I feel like this one is perfect if your going on a road trip around America , well thats what it reminds me of anyway but i just feel like this is the essential album to listen to when its the summer. 2. Nothing But Thieves - Nothing But Thieves 
This is in our car all the time. I can't count how many times i have listened to this album since it came out but its a very good album so give it a listen if you haven't already. Its one of those albums you can listen to on long or short journeys and enjoy. I think its perfect if the weathers a bit rainy and you want that sort of album you can listen to whilst your in the car when the weathers not great. Song to listen to from this album - Excuse Me.

3. Circa Waves - Young Chasers 
Theres something that sounds nostalgic about this album but i love it so much. Its definitely one you can listen to whilst your driving along in the summer. Every song just screams summer in you're face. I've only recently gotten into this album but its perfect like every other album i have mentioned. This also reminds me of the festival season too so if you like albums that hold memories this has to be the one ! Song to listen to from this album - Get Away

4. Muse - The 2nd Law 
Oh look i've only gone and picked a Muse album. This is another one thats in our car and always has been in our car since the day it came out i swear ! This came out in 2013 so we have had it for a while. I think this is one of my favourite Muse albums ever as its so dramatic and you can some how imagine it being used in a musical as every song just slots into a storyline. It does for me anyway. This one is great when your nearly at your destination if you want a dramatic entrance to the place your heading too ... Song to listen to from this album - Panic Station.

5. Panic! At The Disco - Death Of A Bachelor 
This album is incredible. I remember hearing it for the first time and clapping like a seal because it's a great follow up to 'Too Weird Too Live , Too Rare Too Die !' which came out in 2013. Once again its another album thats great to listen to when travelling. Thats all i can say because it literally is the perfect road trip album if you like Panic!
